Contract Type: Fixed-term (approximately 5 months ± 1 month)

Salary: €2,268/month gross (including base salary, bonus, and benefits)

Join Our Team as a Tour Expert and Travel the World

We are seeking enthusiastic and service-oriented Tour Experts to join our international team onboard cruise ships sailing across the globe. This is a unique opportunity to combine your passion for travel, guest service, and sales in a dynamic, multicultural environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell excursion packages onboard in line with revenue targets
• Assist guests during shore excursions, ensuring smooth coordination and safety
• Prepare and distribute tour materials such as tickets, maps, and identification stickers
• Provide language support and translations during excursions when required
• Report guest feedback, preferences, and requests to the Tour Manager
• Monitor guest behavior and adherence to safety protocols during tours
• Support guests who are ill or injured in accordance with company procedures

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• High school diploma in Tourism, Languages, or related field (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
• Prior experience in sales; tour operator or hospitality background is a plus
• Fluency in English and Italian (spoken and written)
• Fluency in either German or French (required)
• Additional language skills (e.g., Spanish, Portuguese, or Chinese) are an asset
• Confident with Microsoft Office applications
• Strong interpersonal, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to live and work onboard a cruise ship for the full contract period
• Ability to complete mandatory STCW safety training (approx. 10 days, completed in home country)
