Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Tow Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely transporting vehicles, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring efficient operation of tow truck services. This role requires a strong understanding of automotive systems, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to handle high-pressure situations professionally. Duties
- Operate flatbed and tow trucks with precision and adherence to safety protocols
- Load, unload, and secure vehicles using appropriate equipment such as forklifts or other lifting tools
- Transport vehicles to designated locations efficiently and safely
- Perform basic automotive diagnostics and minor repairs when necessary
- Assist customers with vehicle-related concerns courteously and professionally
- Manage conflict resolution in challenging situations with tact and professionalism
- Maintain cleanliness and routine maintenance of tow trucks and related equipment
- Document all towing activities accurately for record-keeping purposes
- Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies during operations
Requirements
- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with appropriate endorsements for towing operations
- Proven experience with driving tow trucks, flatbeds, or similar commercial vehicles
- Mechanical knowledge of automotive repair, diagnostics, manual transmissions, and vehicle loading procedures
- Prior experience with automotive diagnostics, automotive repair, or mechanic work is highly desirable
- Ability to load & unload vehicles safely using appropriate equipment such as forklifts or other tools
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to manage conflict effectively
- Knowledge of safety procedures related to tow truck operation and vehicle handling
- Physical ability to lift heavy loads and perform manual tasks regularly
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $32,221.83-$83,836.56 per year
