TRADE Picking & Dispatch Coordinator – Full-Time

We are looking for a talented allrounder, who can coordinate our order picking and dispatch functions and be responsible for our Customers getting the materials they need, when they are required.

The successful applicant will have;

• High levels of accuracy and attention to detail, this is critical for the role
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Good numeracy skills and accuracy
• Be flexible and able to think on your feet
• Be able to meet customer demands with a polite and friendly manner
• Keep a cool head during challenging situations
• Enthusiasm and team spirit
• Familiarity and intermediate capability with computers and keyboard skills
• Some knowledge of building materials would be advantageous, but not necessary
• A current full driver’s licence

A current forklift licence (F Endorsement) would be highly regarded, although not necessary as training would be given.

We are seeking candidates who are available to work 7.00am – 4.00pm, Monday to Friday.

Applicants must be an New Zealand citizen, resident or hold a current open work visa for New Zealand.
