About the role
Alongside your team, you will play a pivotal part by servicing our trade customers where working at a fast-pace and customer service is key.

• Liaise with trade customers and account managers to make sure customer orders are fulfilled correctly and any issues are resolved quickly.
• Coordinate with transport providers to organise timely delivery to customers.
• Organise buy-ins and follow up on backorders to make sure nothing is missed.
• Provide top-notch customer service by identifying the right products efficiently, assembling and loading customer orders and processing sales documentation.

• A real people person.You have proven experience building trust and rapport with customers.
• Excellent computer skills.Fast and accurate data entry skills
• Confident and articulate.Skilled in both written and verbal communication
• Building or trade industry knowledgeis advantageous.
• Mandarin Speaking is a must
