About the Role

Looking for your next big opportunity? We’ve got an exciting Training Administrator role just for you! In this position, you’ll get to you’ll get to provide training administrative support within the Distribution Support, making a real impact.

The successful candidate will work on key responsibilities like:



• Providing administrative support to the Technical Training coordinator for all training activities and compliances across the perimeter.
  • Assist with the planning and delivery of refresher training, training and development initiatives, and our annual bulk training process.
  • Maintaining accurate training records in Assura and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
  • Ensuring the integrity and accuracy of all training data.
  • Run reports, monitor training progress, and issue reminders.
  • Support the creation of UP training modules using various training software.
  • Allocate various training modules to our new staff.
  • Follow training systems and procedures and complete general or ad hoc training-related tasks as needed.
  • Processing debtor and creditor invoices and creating purchase orders.

Qualifications and Skills

  • School leaving certificate with strong English and numeracy skills required; admin-related qualification preferred.
  • Experience in a large, multi-functional administrative role.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data entry systems (e.g. Codex).
  • Strong time management, organisational, and communication skills.
  • Technical experience in the electricity industry is an advantage.
