Description:
The role:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Training & Compliance Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training across various aspects of our business, including operations on the factory floor and other departments. Reporting to the Training and Compliance Team Lead, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the business meets compliance with our manufacturing requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and develop comprehensive training materials and documentation tailored to current operational processes.
- Conduct and facilitate effective training sessions in both classroom and hands-on production floor environment, ensuring participants grasp key concepts and practices when it comes to Safety & Food Safety around the operational processes.
- Work closely with teams across the organization to identify training needs and implement solutions that enhance employee performance and compliance.
- Maintain accurate records in the training matrix, ensuring all training activities are documented and tracked.
- Regularly assess the effectiveness of training with department area leads and to ensure compliance requirements are maintained or improved.
- Liaising with third party external training providers, to ensure the business fulfils the Training & Compliance criteria.
- Availability to provide support and coverage of the business for operational needs, morning & afternoon shifts.
- Proven experience in training development and facilitation, preferably in a manufacturing production or operational environments.
- Strong understanding of compliance training requirements and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with employees at all levels.
- Patience and adaptability to interact with various employees with different learning abilities, with a hands-on approach to practical learning experiences.
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills, particularly in documenting and tracking training records.
- Document development utilising various software - Word & Excel intermediate skills.
