- Support sales by providing logistics expertise and solutions for customer projects, including quotations, delivery schedules, and transport options.
- Track, develop, and report monthly KPIs to support continuous improvement and transparency.
- Provide timely information to stakeholders and implement corrective or recovery measures if suppliers are late or issues arise during delivery.
- Create, manage, and maintain all shipping documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
Your background
- Degree (B.Sc. or equivalent) in Business Administration or Economics.
- Good knowledge of logistics, project management, and supply chain management principles, with hands-on experience in practical applications.
- Understanding of international logistics rules (e.g. Incoterms) in sea, road, and air transport modes.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team, adapting your approach to suit different situations and needs.
- Proactive attitude, self-motivation, and a strong sense of ownership.
- Open to change, feedback, and continuous improvement.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple priorities, quickly adapt to changing situations, and consistently meet deadlines even under pressure.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, enabling you to identify issues, evaluate options, and implement effective solutions in a dynamic environment.
- Comfortable navigating complex organisational structures and working across different business units.
- Fluent written and spoken English is a prerequisite. Knowledge of Finnish and/or Swedish is considered an advantage.
- Comprehensive skills in SAP and MS Tools, enabling efficient management of logistics processes and data.
