  • Ensure goods are delivered according to contractual terms, at the right place, at the right time, and at the right cost, fully meeting operational and compliance requirements.
  • Support sales by providing logistics expertise and solutions for customer projects, including quotations, delivery schedules, and transport options.
  • Track, develop, and report monthly KPIs to support continuous improvement and transparency.
  • Provide timely information to stakeholders and implement corrective or recovery measures if suppliers are late or issues arise during delivery.
  • Create, manage, and maintain all shipping documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.

Your background

  • Degree (B.Sc. or equivalent) in Business Administration or Economics.
  • Good knowledge of logistics, project management, and supply chain management principles, with hands-on experience in practical applications.
  • Understanding of international logistics rules (e.g. Incoterms) in sea, road, and air transport modes.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

  • Proactive attitude, self-motivation, and a strong sense of ownership.
  • Open to change, feedback, and continuous improvement.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple priorities, quickly adapt to changing situations, and consistently meet deadlines even under pressure.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, enabling you to identify issues, evaluate options, and implement effective solutions in a dynamic environment.
  • Comfortable navigating complex organisational structures and working across different business units.
  • Fluent written and spoken English is a prerequisite. Knowledge of Finnish and/or Swedish is considered an advantage.
  • Comprehensive skills in SAP and MS Tools, enabling efficient management of logistics processes and data.
