*Requirements*
Previous experience in a relevant area is desirable but full training will be provided
Accuracy and attention to detail essential
Ability to work on own initiative
Be able to work in a pressurised team environment
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) & Outlook
Stroong skills in areas like route planning, logistics and comliance with drivers hours legislation.
Fluency in spoken and written English
*About the Role*
Due to increased workload and our plans to grow over the next 12 months we are recruiting for a Transport Administrator.
*Duties & Responsibilities:*
Assisting with the co-ordination of a team that delivers loads throughout greater Dublin Area.
Supervise daily operations on-site, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to the required standards.
Manage team members by assigning tasks, providing guidance, and fostering a positive work environment
Management of drivers
Act as the first person of contact for the drivers and customers.
Ensure the response to any queries is prompt
Minimise time loss·
General Administration/manage paperwork
Undertaking any other ad hoc project or task within the company as required.
Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and any incidents that occur on-site.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: €31,491.02-€51,554.22 per year
