We are seeking an experienced Transport Planner to manage route planning, vehicle coordination, and real-time tracking operations. The ideal candidate will have strong experience navigating unfamiliar routes, managing traffic patterns, and ensuring timely pickups and deliveries through effective planning and communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage transport routes, including unfamiliar routes and varying traffic conditions, to ensure on-time movement.
• Use GPS and vehicle tracking systems to monitor live vehicle locations and provide accurate ETAs.
• Coordinate multiple pickups and drop-offs efficiently based on operational requirements.
• Monitor and handle multiple communication channels simultaneously to ensure timely responses to customer inquiries and requests.
• Maintain continuous coordination with drivers for route adherence and issue resolution.
• Proactively manage delays, rerouting, and operational challenges.
• Develop, maintain, and regularly update an accurate database of drivers, vendors, and transport partners.
• Ensure proper documentation and reporting related to routes, schedules, and vendor details.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Transport Planner, Dispatcher, or Logistics Coordinator.
• Strong knowledge of route planning, GPS systems, and traffic management.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment (peak hours, festival rush, weather disruptions).
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Good computer skills and experience maintaining operational data and records.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in transport, logistics, fleet management, or supply chain operations.
• Familiarity with local, regional, and intercity routes.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
