Job Summary
Responsibilities and Duties
- Creating jobs on the TMS system
- Working within a team planning trucks/drivers for deliveries/collections
- Tracking and monitoring loads/equipment
- Monitor drivers/deliveries
- Providing the highest level of customer care and finding resolutions/ escalation of live issues
- Building good working relationships internally and externally
- The monitoring of all routes ensuring all routes are running on time and escalating to the Team Manager on shift where appropriate
- The candidate should be able to work on their own initiative.
Candidate Requirements
- 2+ years experience in transport planning and administration essential.
- The ability to work efficiently in a fast-moving environment.
- Great customer service, written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office suite incl. Excel, Outlook, Word
- Fluent in English
- Work Visa authorisation - Ireland
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: €37,000.00-€43,000.00 per year
