Truck driver required to transport Plant equipment (mewp) to the dublin and leinster area. The ideal canditate will mostly work under their own initative start times and finish times can be flexiable but not excessive.
What you’ll do:
- Safely drive HGV’s to transport equipment to and from designated locations including the loading and unloading of the equipment throughout Co.Dublin.
- Conduct pre and post-inspections of equipment in compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Secure loads properly and safely for transport, adhering to relevant safety standards and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with the transport department, customers, and colleagues to coordinate deliveries and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Complete all required documentation accurately and promptly.
What you’ll need:
- Valid HGV Driver Licence (Category CE) and Driver Qualification Card.
- Previous experience operating HGV vehicles, preferably in a similar role or industry.
- Self-motivated with a flexible approach to work.
- Ability to operate navigation systems and applications.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: €28,611.49-€45,042.09 per year
Additional pay:
- Yearly bonus
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Licence/Certification:
- C Driving licence (required)
- Safe Pass (preferred)
Work Location: On the road
