Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented UAV Technician to support our unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) operations and integration activities. The role involves hands-on work including hardware setup, system integration, routine maintenance, and field testing. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a proactive approach to troubleshooting and equipment support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble and configure UAV systems including airframes, wiring, and onboard electronics
• Support integration of sensors, payloads, and communication modules into UAV platforms
• Perform routine maintenance and pre-/post-flight checks to ensure airworthiness
• Assist in flight operations, including ground station setup and field deployment
• Identify and resolve hardware-related issues during testing or live operations
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and system performance
• Adhere to safety protocols and company procedures during lab and field work

Required Qualifications:

• Diploma or degree in Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related technical field
• 1–3 years of experience in UAVs, robotics, or technical hardware assembly
• Working knowledge of soldering, crimping, wiring, and use of diagnostic tools
• Ability to interpret technical manuals, schematics, and assembly diagrams
• Comfortable working in both lab and outdoor field environments
• Good communication and problem-solving skills

This Job will require travel to sites.
