We are seeking an experienced US Non-IT Recruiter with strong expertise in sourcing and placing US Citizen (USC) candidates for non-IT roles across multiple industries. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in full-cycle recruitment, high-volume sourcing, and client coordination within the US staffing market.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and place USC candidates for Non-IT roles (Healthcare, Admin, Operations, Finance, Light Industrial, etc.)
• Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing → screening → submission → interview → offer → onboarding
• Utilize job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, referrals, and ATS for candidate sourcing
• Conduct initial candidate screening and competency-based interviews
• Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates
• Maintain accurate documentation and ATS records
• Meet weekly/monthly hiring targets and turnaround time (TAT)
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for recurring requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in US Non-IT recruitment
• Strong sourcing experience with US Citizens (USC)
• Solid understanding of US hiring practices and employment norms
• Expertise in Boolean search and passive candidate sourcing
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
• Experience working with ATS and US job boards
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Healthcare, Admin, Operations, or Finance staffing
• Prior experience working with US staffing agencies
• Proven track record of closures and client satisfaction

Work hours:

• 6:00 PM to 3:30 AM (EST HOURS)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
