SUMMARY
Load and unload paint line, pre-rack parts, housekeeping, and organization of paint racks, paint hooks, parts, and inspect for any quality issues and notify the proper person. Sand and repair of finished and unfinished parts.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Responsible for loading parts on the paint line while maximizing density.

Responsible for unloading line, proper packing and handling of parts, and distribution of parts to the Assemble Department.

Inspect for Quality issues while loading and unloading paint line.

Sand and repair of finished and unfinished parts.

Ensure proper paperwork and distribution of paperwork for TFG.

Maintain a safe working environment including housekeeping.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.Ability to write simple correspondence.Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
