The Team

The UX team is responsible for ensuring a consistent and unified experience across all Murex products, with the objective of making them simple, intuitive, and visually appealing for users

The team collaborates closely with functional experts and development teams to deliver high-quality user interfaces that meet user expectations, while managing the Design System to ensure visual and functional consistency across all applications.

Your missions/What you'll do ?

You will be part of the team responsible for the User Experience across the MX.3 platform.

As a member of the team, you will:

Interact with different departments to transform client needs into functional and technical specifications; follow developments and ensure the product quality before it is shipped.
Provide User Experience expertise to functional and technical teams involved in the MX.3 product life cycle (interviews, mockups, prototypes, design reviews, user tests).
Share your projects with the UX team to raise the collective level of knowledge and to ensure alignment with the MX.3 Design System.
Contribute to the Design System by participating in dedicated meetings, by writing guidelines and by communicating about its value and its usage.
Contribute to the User Experience strategy deployment (UX principles and process).
Develop the understanding of Murex employees as regards to User Experience aspects (trainings, guidelines, workshops).
Work with UI designers when required by the projects (define deliveries and ensure the follow-up)

Your profile/Who you are ?

Graduated from a master’s degree in Cognitive Sciences/Ergonomics, you have strong knowledge and experience in UX design of 5 years minimum (prior experience in the software publishing industry is a strong asset).

You have already worked in a team with other UX and UI designers.

You have already used a Design System, and ideally you have participated in its creation/maintenance.

You are not afraid of working in a complex, technical environment and have an interest in continuous improvement of solutions and processes

Fluent in English you demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a strong aptitude for collaborative teamwork
