Joe Norris Motors is a trusted dealership for new and pre-owned cars and vans. We’re currently seeking a Vehicle Prep & Delivery Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This is a hands-on, active role based at our dealership in Navan — ideal for someone who’s enthusiastic about vehicles, enjoys variety in their day, and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves.

About the Role

This position goes far beyond admin — it's about being out on the lot, behind the wheel, and playing a key part in how we present and deliver vehicles. From photographing and preparing vehicles for sale, to moving cars around the forecourt and collecting vehicles nationwide, you'll help ensure every car looks and drives its best.

Key Responsibilities

• Photographing vehicles and uploading them to our website.
• Driving and moving vehicles around the premises and between locations.
• Collecting and delivering vehicles nationwide (including using our flatbed truck).
• Coordinating vehicle cleaning, paintwork, and preparation.
• Booking and managing NCT and VRT appointments.
• Ensuring the forecourt and showroom are tidy, presentable, and well-organized.
• Managing vehicle pricing displays and signage.
• Liaising with import agents for vehicle documentation.
• Supporting the sales team by welcoming customers and preparing vehicles for handover.
• Performing general tasks to keep operations running smoothly.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Full Irish driver’s license with no penalties – essential.
• Energetic, reliable, and able to work on your feet.
• Comfortable driving different types of vehicles, including vans.
• Great attention to detail with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Good with people – you'll be dealing with both staff and customers.
• Confident using computers – Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Able to multitask and stay organised under pressure.
• Experience in a similar role is an advantage, but not essential.
• Interest in the motor industry or a passion for cars is a big plus!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: €28,000.00-€32,000.00 per year
