Hiring for the Vice Principal for the International School
Required Qualification & Experience:
Master’s Degree with B.Ed/ M.Ed
Min 15-20 years of teaching experience, out of which Min 5 – 8 years as HM / Vice Principal (preferably ICSE/CBSE background)
Required skills:
· Excellent Communication, Leadership, Efficient Management, Computer Knowledge,
· Strong problem-solving, decision-making skills.
Job Responsibilities:
· Assisting the Principal in all the areas of activities of school.
· Should involve in classroom observations as and when required and discuss the same with the Principal.
· Preparing and maintaining schedules of academic calendar and other activities.
· Analyzing the results (Performance) of students in every assessment and exam.
To provide counselling and guidance to students regarding academic, personal and behavioral issues.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
