The Role

We are seeking a talented and motivated Videographer to join our creative team. You will be responsible for conceptualizing, shooting, and editing engaging video content across various platforms (social media, websites, ads, etc.). This role requires a blend of technical expertise, creative vision, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.

Key Responsibilities

• Pre-Production:
• Collaborate with the marketing and client teams to develop creative concepts and storyboards that meet client objectives.
• Source and organize necessary equipment, props, and talent for shoots.
• Manage production timelines and logistics for multiple video projects simultaneously.
• Production (Shooting):
• Operate professional video cameras, lighting, and audio equipment to capture high-quality footage both on-location and in-studio.
• Direct subjects/talent effectively to achieve the desired performance and visuals.
• Ensure all footage is captured with a keen eye for composition, lighting, and brand consistency.
• Post-Production (Editing):
• Perform professional video editing, color correction/grading, and sound design.
• Integrate motion graphics, titles, and visual effects where required.
• Prepare and deliver final video files in various formats optimized for different digital platforms (e.g., vertical for Reels/TikTok, 16:9 for YouTube).
• Maintenance & Innovation:
• Maintain and organize all video equipment and digital media assets.
• Stay current with the latest video trends, production techniques, and gear.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience as a Videographer, Video Editor, or similar role (Portfolio required).
• Proficiency in professional video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro).
• Experience with color grading (e.g., DaVinci Resolve) and motion graphics (e.g., Adobe After Effects) is a strong advantage.
• Solid understanding of cinematography, lighting, and audio recording principles.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and professional demeanor when interacting with clients and team members.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues quickly on set.

Bonus Points

• Experience in a digital agency or marketing environment.
• Knowledge of DSLR/mirrorless camera operation and best practices.
• Ability to shoot professional still photography when needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
