Job Overview
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Videographer to plan, film, and edit high-quality video content for Dream Point. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for storytelling, lighting, and composition, and be confident managing projects from concept to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality video content for marketing campaigns, events, social media, and promotional materials;
• Plan video shoots including location scouting, lighting setup, and equipment preparation;
• Edit footage into engaging final videos using professional editing software;
• Add music, graphics, captions, and effects when necessary;
• Collaborate with the marketing and creative team to develop video concepts;
• Ensure all content aligns with Dream Point’s branding and visual identity;
• Manage and maintain video equipment;
• Deliver projects within agreed deadlines;

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Videographer or similar role;
• Strong portfolio demonstrating filming and editing skills;
• Knowledge of lighting techniques and audio recording;
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail;
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
• Good time management and organisational skills;
• Flexibility to work evenings or weekends if required (for events);
• Should be comfortable being filmed and presenting to camera;
• Ability to engage with people, including children, is a plus;

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience creating content for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube);
• Basic knowledge of photography;
• Experience with motion graphics or animation;
