We don’t make glossy brand films. We create real, social-first content that builds trust and drives enquiries.

We’re looking for someone who can turn real jobs into high-performing short-form videos for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and performance creative for paid social.

This role is for you if…

• You enjoy filming real businesses on site (builders, vans, dust, noise and all)
• You naturally think in hooks, angles and sequences
• You understand that social content does not equate to cinematic video pieces
• You’re fast, practical and not precious about perfection
• You can turn one site visit into multiple pieces of content

This is a hands-on role. You will be filming, editing and delivering social content weekly.

What you’ll be doing

• Going on site to client jobs (Dublin & Leinster primarily)
• Filming short-form, vertical video for: Instagram Reels, TikTok & paid social ads
• Capturing on an iPhone or mirrorless camera
• Capturing content: Work in progress, Before / afters, Vans, signage, tools and Natural moments (not staged “commercial” shots)
• Editing videos for social media
• Strong hooks (first 1–2 seconds matter)
• On-screen captions
• Fast, clean edits
• Turning 1 site visit into multiple usable videos
• Organising and delivering files neatly to the team

Skills & experience we’re looking for

• Comfortable filming in trade / construction environments
• Strong understanding of short-form social video
• Confident editing social video (CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar)
• Knows how to frame shots quickly and efficiently
• Can follow clear creative direction and contribute content ideas
• Organised, reliable, and comfortable working independently

This role is not about cinematic storytelling or brand films.
It’s about capturing reality, spotting good moments fast, and turning them into content that performs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: €27,000.00-€36,000.00 per year
