Job Objective:
We are seeking a detail-oriented, quick-learning individual to join our team. Your primary role will be to ensure customer satisfaction by providing top-notch service and high-quality food in a clean environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly, assign seating and handle any special requests.
- Operate the POS system to take and manage orders, and relay information to the kitchen effectively.
- Serve food and drinks promptly while checking for quality.
- Regularly interact with customers, ensuring their satisfaction, addressing concerns, and processing payments.
- Maintain cleanliness, including dishwashing and tidying up the work area.
- Follow all company policies, adhere to instructions, and complete tasks in a timely manner.
- Perform additional duties as necessary, based on capacity and adequate training.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to follow instructions, multitask, and manage time effectively.
- Quick learner with keen observation skills to anticipate needs.
- Professional and friendly demeanor.

Pay: From $23.70 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
