What you'll be doing
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and drink orders, and accurately communicate these to the kitchen and bar staff
- Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner
- Ensure tables are cleared and reset promptly
- Assist with sidework duties such as stocking, cleaning and maintaining the service station
- Respond to customer inquiries and handle any complaints or concerns with professionalism
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards
What we're looking for
- Previous experience as a Waitress or in a similar customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask
- A friendly, positive, and customer-focused attitude
- A commitment to providing exceptional customer service
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Availability to work evenings and weekends as required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $540.00 – $810.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 12 hour shift
