Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers promptly and courteously as they arrive.
- Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations based on customer preferences.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar.
- Serve food and drinks in a timely and efficient manner.
- Check on guests to ensure satisfaction and promptly address any concerns.
- Clear tables and reset them for the next guests.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area.
- Follow the restaurant’s sequence of service standards.
- Upsell specials, beverages, and desserts to enhance customer experience and increase sales.
- Handle billing and payment processes accurately.
- Coordinate with kitchen and pantry staff for timely service.
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage.
- Support team members during busy shifts or events.
- Adhere to uniform and grooming standards.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
