Job Description:
We’re looking for a friendly and reliable Waiter/Waitress to join our café team! If you enjoy working with people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and love great coffee and food, we’d love to meet you.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and take food and drink orders
- Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately
- Prepare tables and maintain a clean dining area
- Handle payments and operate the POS system
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve basic customer concerns
- Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress is a plus.
- Friendly attitude and strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized during busy periods
- Availability to work mornings, weekends, and/or holidays
- Must be punctual, dependable, and team-oriented
