About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Assistant to join our Operations team based in Eagle Farm.

Our ideal candidate for this role will be dependable, well spoken, able to prioritise, with a passion for providing exceptional customer experience. You will play a key role in supporting the team, managing inventory, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and engaging with customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders in a timely manner.
• Receive and put away stock efficiently.
• Load and unload delivery vehicles.
• Perform regular cycle counts, stocktakes, and inventory checks to ensure stock accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, well-organised, and hazard-free warehouse environment.
• Follow all Workplace Health & Safety (WH&S) policies and procedures at all times.
• Deliver stock to customers as required.
• Support the warehouse team with general duties and ad hoc tasks as needed.

Skills and Experiences:
Skills and Experience

Required

• Driver’s license
• Forklift license
• Ability to perform manual handling tasks.
• Prior experience in warehouse operations, including pick and pack tasks.

Desired

• Strong understanding of WHS obligations and a commitment to workplace safety.
• Experience in using business software platforms (NetSuite experience highly regarded).
• Organised and capable of managing priorities in a fast-paced team environment.
• Excellent communication skills, with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
• A problem-solver with a can-do attitude, and a reliable team player passionate about achieving great results.
