We’re looking for a reliable, diligent and safety-focused Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team and support our growing operations.

Job Summary:
The Warehouse Associate plays a key role in efficient handling, processing, and organization of inventory. This hands-on position involves operating a forklift and reach truck, loading and unloading shipments, and maintaining inventory accuracy in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

The ideal candidate will have strong reach truck and forklift experience, as this is a critical function of the role. You’ll work closely with the warehouse team to ensure all warehouse functions are executed safely and effectively, reporting directly to the warehouse operations manager.

Key Responsibilities:

· Operate forklift and reach truck to load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse.

· Accurately process incoming and outgoing shipments to meet delivery timelines.

· Verify shipment contents against documentation to ensure accuracy.

· Use the warehouse management system for inventory tracking, bin stock updates, and pallet rack storage.

· Participate in routine inventory counts and audits.

· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.

· Follow preventative maintenance procedures for equipment.

· Strictly follow all safety guidelines and protocols.

· Assist in managing warehouse supplies and maintaining accurate location charts.

Qualifications:

· Recent experience in a warehouse environment.

· Experience in operating a forklift

. Reach truck experience is essential.

· Physically capable of lifting 50 pounds.

· Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

· Ability to quickly learn new warehouse software systems.

· Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Pay: $52,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
