Warehouse Associate / Operations Support

Job Overview
ADM Design Inc. is a growing interior design, renovation, and decorating company dedicated to creating unique experiences for our clients. We are seeking a Warehouse Associate to support our operations team in the shipping and receiving of high-end products. This role will also involve managing the retail store, overseeing inventory and stock transfers to other locations, and interacting with retail clients.

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our Warehouse Operations team. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our warehouse, contributing to the overall productivity and success of our operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various tasks that support inventory management, order fulfillment, and maintaining a safe working environment.

Duties

• Inspect and verify incoming goods and shipments; report any damages or discrepancies.
• Accurately package and deliver orders using company vehicles.
• Manage retail store operations, including stock organization and customer interactions.
• Oversee inventory management, including product counts, stock transfers between locations, and maintaining accurate records in the POS system.
• Interact with retail clients, providing excellent customer service and addressing inquiries or concerns.
• Unpack shipments and organize products in the warehouse or showroom.
• Safely operate company vehicles and maintain cleanliness in work areas.
• Coordinate with the operations team to meet delivery schedules and verify shipping statuses.
• Process returns accurately in the POS system.
• Demonstrate professionalism and initiative in completing additional tasks as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid G Class Driver’s License with a clean driving abstract.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Basic computer skills for inventory management systems.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• 3+ years in a shipping/receiving role.
• 3+ years driving heavy vehicles (vans/trucks).
• 3+ years in a retail or customer service role, preferably managing store operations.
• Basic computer skills; experience with POS systems and QuickBooks is an asset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
