Warehouse Coordinator

In this position, you will act as a key point of coordination on the floor, supporting the supervisor, guiding colleagues, and ensuring that operational standards are consistently met.

Location: Ballycoolin, Dublin 15

Hours: Nights – Monday to Friday, 23:00 to 07:00

What will you be doing?

• Supporting the fulfilment of nightly business requirements, including service level agreements and customer expectations.
• Acting as a primary point of contact for customers during the shift, maintaining strong communication and service quality.
• Guiding and supporting warehouse colleagues, including training and coaching where necessary.
• Collaborating with the supervisor and management on people-related matters when required.
• Maintaining excellent real-time communication with customers, colleagues, and the wider team.
• Ensuring strict adherence to operational processes, safety procedures, and quality standards.
• Monitoring workflow and performance metrics, identifying improvement opportunities and supporting corrective actions.
• Preparing and submitting reports as required, providing key insights on shift performance.

About You

• Previous experience supporting or guiding a team in a warehouse environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and motivate others.
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Flexible, resilient, and comfortable working under pressure.
• A positive coaching mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
