Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Warehouse Coordinator to oversee daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced distribution environment. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of warehouse management systems, and logistics processes. This role is essential in ensuring efficient order fulfillment, shipping and receiving, across all warehouse activities.

Duties

• Coordinate and supervise daily warehouse activities including shipping, receiving, order picking, packaging, and inventory management
• Manage warehouse distribution processes to ensure timely order fulfillment and accurate stock levels
• Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and AS400 for inventory tracking, order processing, and reporting
• Oversee the load & unload of materials, ensuring proper handling compliance.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments using shipping & receiving protocols
• Collaborate with manufacturing teams to support production schedules and logistics needs

Qualifications

• Proven experience in warehouse management or distribution centers with a focus on shipping & receiving, order fulfillment, and inventory control
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS)
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in order picking, packaging, and load & unload tasks
• Knowledge of manufacturing or environments is a plus
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team
