The Role

We’re looking for a hands-on Warehouse Manager to lead our day-to-day warehouse and logistics operations.

This is not a desk-based role, you’ll be on the floor, leading your team, improving processes, and ensuring orders are delivered accurately and on time.

Logistics is a key part of the role. You’ll oversee transport planning, delivery performance, and cost control, making sure goods move efficiently from the warehouse to the customer.

This role suits someone who has successfully improved warehouse operations, implemented better systems or processes, and built a strong, accountable team.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead all warehouse operations (goods in/out, picking, packing, dispatch)
  • Manage logistics, transport planning, and delivery performance
  • Ensure a safe, organised, and efficient working environment
  • Maintain accurate stock control and oversee stock takes
  • Improve processes to increase efficiency and reduce errors
  • Track and improve key performance metrics (accuracy, productivity, delivery times)
  • Work closely with Sales, Customer Service, and Finance
  • Support and improve warehouse/ERP systems
  • Lead, coach, and develop your team
  • Plan staffing, workloads, and daily operations

What We’re Looking For (Essential)

  • 3+ years’ experience in a similar warehouse or logistics management role
  • Experience managing a team in a busy warehouse environment
  • Strong understanding of warehouse operations and logistics
  • Hands-on approach with the ability to lead from the floor
  • Proven ability to improve processes and drive efficiency
  • Good systems awareness (ERP/inventory systems)
  • Strong problem-solving and organisational skills

Nice to Have

  • Experience implementing or improving ERP/inventory systems
  • Background in wholesale, distribution, or fast-paced operations
  • Strong commercial awareness and cost control experience
  • Experience in a growing or changing business
  • Interest in automation or process improvement tools

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: €60,000.00-€70,000.00 per year
