About the Role
Headway Construction is looking for a reliable Warehouse Labourer to keep our warehouse clean, organized, and running efficiently. This role also supports our field crews by managing equipment, handling deliveries, and assisting with job-site clean-ups.
Responsibilities
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe
- Sign out and sign in tools and equipment
- Track equipment movement accurately
- Load, unload, and move materials (up to 50 lbs)
- Receive deliveries and organize materials
- Occasionally deliver tools and materials to job sites
- Clean job sites after construction (debris removal, general clean-up)
- Report shortages, damaged items, or equipment issues
- Suggest improvements to make warehouse operations more efficient
Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Valid driver’s licence (required for deliveries)
- Good attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual, and organized
- Ability to work independently
- Experience in construction or warehouse work is an asset, but not required
