Warehouse Loader/Unloader

As we expand our operations, we are looking for dependable and hardworking Loader/Unloaders to support our warehouse and logistics teams, ensuring efficient handling and movement of equipment and materials.

Position Overview:

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Loader/Unloader to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for unloading incoming shipments, loading outgoing materials and equipment, and ensuring the safe and efficient operation of warehouse functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, physical stamina, and the ability to work well in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Unload deliveries and shipments from trucks and move materials and equipment to the appropriate storage areas in the warehouse.

- Load equipment, tools, and materials onto trucks for delivery to job sites.

- Inspect incoming materials for quality and report any damages or discrepancies to the supervisor.

- Organize products and materials in the warehouse for easy access and safe storage.

- Assist with inventory management, ensuring that all items are properly recorded and tracked.

- Ensure proper handling of survey equipment and materials to prevent damage.

- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment by following safety protocols.

- Assist with loading and unloading of equipment for transport to and from survey sites, as needed.

- Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely loading and unloading for scheduled deliveries.

- Perform other duties as required to support warehouse operations.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Previous experience in a warehouse, loading, or unloading role is preferred but not required.

- Ability to lift and carry heavy materials (up to 50 lbs).

- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain organization in a fast-paced environment.

- Basic knowledge of warehouse safety practices.

- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

- Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.

- Reliable and punctual with strong work ethic.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.40 - $22.50 per hour
