Warehouse Operative – North Dublin (Warehouse Management System Experience Required)

Hyland Shipping is growing, and we’re looking for a reliable, detail-focused Warehouse Operative to join our North Dublin team.

With over 40 years of experience in freight and logistics, we operate across multiple European markets and pride ourselves on accuracy, organisation, and operational control. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys the system-driven side of warehousing and takes real ownership of stock accuracy and process efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage goods inwards and outwards through Warehouse Management Systems
• Maintain accurate stock control and reconcile all movements
• Process delivery dockets and transport documentation
• Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies
• Ensure customer orders are picked, processed, and dispatched on time
• Maintain organised warehouse records and reporting
• Liaise with transport and office teams to ensure smooth operations
• Load and unload trailers as required
• Maintain high housekeeping and safety standards

Requirements

• 1–2 years warehouse experience preferred
• Experience using Azyra WMS preferred (training can be provided)
• Strong administrative and data entry skills
• Confident managing Excel spreadsheets
• High attention to detail and strong organisational ability
• Comfortable working independently and managing workload
• Strong communication skills and fluent English
• Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence preferred
• Own transport preferred with a clean driver’s licence (early starts and Friday split shift required)

• Standard hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm
• Location: North Dublin, Co. Dublin (D11 V4HN)
