Cronin Electrical is currently seeking a highly organised and proactive Warehouse Manager to join our team for an immediate start. This is a hands-on role suited to someone with strong initiative, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Experience in the electrical industry is a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and maintain a clean, organised, and efficient warehouse and yard
• Safely load and unload lorries
• Receive and process incoming and outgoing deliveries
• Organise and manage stock, equipment, and materials
• Deliver electrical equipment to various job sites as required
• Operate warehouse machinery (e.g. forklifts) with a strong focus on safety
• Maintain warehouse equipment and ensure everything is in working order
• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies
• Perform general warehouse duties, including housekeeping
• Work independently on a day-to-day basis as well as collaboratively with team members when required
• Maintain open communication with colleagues and supervisors

Requirements:

• Previous warehouse experience (electrical industry experience is a plus)
• Full Irish driving licence (essential)
• Forklift driving experience
• Manual Handling Certificate
• Fluent English (spoken and written)
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Proactive, hands-on approach to work
• Ability to use initiative and work independently
• Hard-working and reliable
• Good communication and teamwork skills
