Your role and responsibilities

Join ABB Skien as Warehouse Manager and lead the future of warehouse operations! Are you a proactive and self-driven leader with a passion for continuous improvement and efficient operations? We are looking for a dynamic Warehouse Manager to oversee our state-of-the-art warehouse and drive excellence in our storage and inventory processes. Key Responsibilities: • Lead a team of 10 dedicated professionals, reporting directly to the P&F Manager. • Manage all 3537 storage locations, ensuring optimal organization and accessibility. • Oversee the operations of our new automatic warehouse, integrating cutting-edge technology. • Supervise incoming goods processes, including both locations for our factories in Skien. • Maintain accurate inventory levels and lead the yearly physical counting process. • Drive continuous improvements and implement LEAN methodologies to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications for the role

• BSc or higher in Engineering, Supply-chain, logistics or other relevant field.
• Deep technical competence in SAP modules (PP, MM).
• Proven leadership skills.
• Experience with LEAN principles and methodologies is an advantage.
