About Us

NV Cargo is a growing logistics and supply chain company specializing in e-commerce fulfillment and international transportation. We are looking for a highly motivated E-commerce Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our warehouse operations in Korschenbroicher, Germany. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team, enhance efficiency, and contribute to the expansion of our e-commerce logistics capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inbound and outbound shipment handling.
• Manage inventory control, stock accuracy, and warehouse organization to maximize efficiency.
• Coordinate with customs, logistics partners, and internal teams to streamline fulfillment operations.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements within the warehouse.
• Develop and optimize warehouse workflows to improve operational productivity.
• Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff to ensure high accuracy and efficiency.
• Identify and resolve operational challenges, including shipment delays, inventory discrepancies, and product damages.

Requirements

• Proven experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain management, preferably in an e-commerce environment.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory tracking tools.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead and coordinate warehouse teams effectively.
• Knowledge of customs procedures and bonded warehouse operations is a plus.
• Fluency in German and Mandarin is required; fluency in English is preferred.
