Job Overview

Stogryn is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Operations Manager to lead the daily operations of our Edmonton importation and distribution site. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient warehouse operations while maintaining compliance with Natural Health Product (NHP) Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of warehouse associates, pickers and packers.
• Maintain GMP compliance and ensure all warehouse activities meet regulatory requirements.
• Oversee receiving, inventory control, cycle counting and stock accuracy.
• Organize and optimize warehouse storage, product flow and housekeeping.
• Coordinate inbound shipments and replenishment activities.
• Monitor warehouse productivity, quality and shipping accuracy.
• Train, coach and develop warehouse staff while fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Purchasing, Customer Service and Operations to ensure exceptional service for our partners.

We're looking for someone who:

• Has experience leading warehouse or distribution operations.
• Is highly organized, detail-oriented and enjoys improving processes.
• Has experience with inventory management and warehouse systems.
• Is comfortable working in a regulated environment (GMP experience is considered a strong asset).
• Leads by example and enjoys being actively involved in day-to-day warehouse operations.
• Must be able to safely lift and carry up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, reaching and climbing throughout the workday.
• Ability to operate forklift and other warehouse equipment (or willingness to be trained).
