The Role

As Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator, you will play a central role in ensuring the seamless movement of goods from supplier to customer. You’ll work collaboratively across departments, liaise with external partners, and take ownership of logistics processes to ensure high service standards are consistently achieved.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing stock levels and overseeing inventory control
• Processing customer orders and coordinating fulfilment and deliveries
• Planning and coordinating inbound and outbound shipments
• Monitoring consignments to ensure on-time, accurate delivery
• Maintaining accurate records within the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Managing cost accruals and supporting job pricing activities
• Ensuring smooth operational flow while maintaining cost efficiency
• Liaising with suppliers, transport providers, and internal teams
• Responding to customer queries and resolving delivery-related issues promptly
• Building strong, collaborative working relationships across the business
• Monitoring subcontractor performance and reviewing service standards
• Investigating and resolving shipment discrepancies
• Preparing and processing shipping documentation and invoices
• Ensuring compliance with Quality Management Systems and Health & Safety procedures
• Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain

About You

We’re looking for someone who brings both professionalism and a positive, can-do approach to their work. You will be comfortable managing multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

You will have:

• Fluency in spoken and written English (essential – this is a customer-facing role)
• Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or freight forwarding in Ireland (essential)
• A solid understanding of supply chain and distribution processes
• Strong IT skills, with experience using WMS or similar systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to manage competing deadlines effectively
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• The confidence to work independently and collaboratively
• A customer-focused mindset and high standards of organisation
• Knowledge of ISO standards and relevant industry regulations
• A full Irish driving licence and access to a vehicle (due to limited public transport options)
