Role Overview

Keary’s Motor Group is looking for top calibre candidates to join its winning team. We are currently seeking to recruit a full-time Service Advisor to join our dynamic, growing team based in Kearys of Mallow, Limerick Road, Mallow

Role Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that all Warranty claims are processed in line with the vehicle warranty procedures.
  • Ensure all necessary documentation and parts for return are managed correctly.
  • Ensure efficient and accurate processing of complaints by capturing relevant complaint data, evaluating warranty data, creating an action plan to eliminate the causes of failure in collaboration with the appropriate departments and implementing corrective actions.
  • File warranty documentation and maintain records as necessary as well as updating and managing online warranty documentation.
  • Liaising with internal Accounts and Aftersales departments and all other internal departments as necessary.
  • Posts credits received for payment of warranty claims.
  • Participate in manufacturer audits ensuring that these are passed and all debits kept to a minimum.
  • Ensure that customer warranty requirements are available and understood.

Role Requirements:

  • At least 2 - 3 years' experience as a Warranty Manager/Administrator in an automotive dealership advantageous not essential.
  • Previous Kerridge experience highly desirable.
  • Thorough knowledge of automotive parts and systems.
  • Professional appearance and strong communications skills.
  • The ability to build and maintain good customer service.
  • Strong record of current submission time, through put and warranty index.
  • A full, clean driving license.
