Position: WRT-Certified Water Damage Technician
Location: Rock Hill, SC

We want someone who leads with integrity, thrives in a team environment, and understands the importance of precision in MICA mitigation documentation.
What You’ll Do
As a Rytech Lead Water Damage Technician, you’ll be on the front lines of restoration, helping families and businesses recover from unexpected water damage. Your role will include:
- Diagnosing and assessing the source and scope of water damage.
- Executing water extraction, pack-outs, and removal of non-salvageable materials.
- Setting up and monitoring drying equipment to ensure optimal results.
- Documenting losses accurately using MICA and other industry-standard platforms.
- Collaborating with teammates to ensure smooth job flow and customer satisfaction.
- Leading by example, mentoring junior techs, and taking initiative in the field.
- Communicating clearly with clients and team members to build trust and transparency.

- Willingness to be part of a 24/7 on-call rotation, including holidays.
- Clean driving record and background check.

Requirements
- Experience in light carpentry, demolition, and debris removal.
- Willingness to be part of a 24/7 on-call rotation, including holidays.
- Must have a clean driving record and criminal history.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with restoration and construction equipment.
- Ability to work in physically demanding environments.
- Excellent customer service and team collaboration skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
