What You’ll Do

As a Rytech Lead Water Damage Technician, you’ll be on the front lines of restoration, helping families and businesses recover from unexpected water damage. Your role will include:

• Diagnosing and assessing the source and scope of water damage.
• Executing water extraction, pack-outs, and removal of non-salvageable materials.
• Setting up and monitoring drying equipment to ensure optimal results.
• Documenting losses accurately using MICA and other industry-standard platforms.
• Collaborating with teammates to ensure smooth job flow and customer satisfaction.
• Leading by example, mentoring junior techs, and taking initiative in the field.
• Communicating clearly with clients and team members to build trust and transparency.

Requirements

• Experience in light carpentry, demolition, and debris removal.
• Willingness to be part of a 24/7 on-call rotation, including holidays.
• Must have a clean driving record and criminal history.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with restoration and construction equipment.
• Ability to work in physically demanding environments.
• Excellent customer service and team collaboration skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
