Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Waterproofer and Property Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of building maintenance tasks to ensure the functionality and safety of our facilities. This role requires a hands-on approach to restore, repair, and maintain various systems and structures.

Duties

• Perform routine maintenance tasks including caulking, waterproofing, and concrete repairs.
• Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently for various maintenance tasks.
• Assist in remodeling projects as needed, contributing to both interior and exterior improvements
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.
• Assist in property upkeep (cleaning, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, rubbish removal, painting, changing ceiling tiles, etc.)

Requirements

• Proven experience in maintenance or a related field with a strong skill set in concrete restoration, heavy equipment operation, caulking and waterproofing.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues effectively and perform repairs in a timely manner.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
• Good physical condition with the ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor as required.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in maintenance work.
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and management effectively.

Pay: From $27.00 per hour
