Job Overview

CoreBridge Solutions is seeking a skilled and motivated Web Technical Lead to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of web developers, providing guidance on best practices, coding standards, and project execution.
• Project Management: Oversee the planning, development, and deployment of web projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Architecture & Design: Design scalable, secure, and high-performance web architectures aligned with business objectives and technological advancements.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers and product managers, to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Technology Innovation: Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, integrating them into projects to enhance functionality and user experience.
• Code Review & Quality Assurance: Conduct code reviews, enforce quality standards, and implement testing procedures to maintain system reliability.
• Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve technical issues, optimizing performance and ensuring system security and integrity.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for development processes, system designs, and architectural decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in web development, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Proficiency in modern web technologies and frameworks (e.g., HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React, Angular, Node.js).
• Strong understanding of server-side languages and frameworks (e.g., PHP, .NET, Python, Ruby on Rails).
• Experience with database technologies (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL).
• Familiarity with cloud services and platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
