We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Window Tinter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for automotive aesthetics and possess the technical skills necessary to apply window tinting films to vehicles with precision. This role requires a combination of mechanical knowledge and hands-on experience, ensuring that each job meets our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Apply window tinting films to various types of vehicles, ensuring a flawless finish.
• Prepare vehicle surfaces by cleaning and detailing them prior to tint application.
• Utilize hand tools and equipment effectively to cut, fit, and install window films.
• Conduct quality checks on completed work to ensure adherence to specifications.
• Maintain an organized workspace and keep tools in good condition.
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and techniques.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in window tinting technology and materials.

Skills

• Proficient in window tinting techniques with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong mechanical knowledge related to automotive repairs and vehicle maintenance.
• Experience with auto body repair is a plus.
• Familiarity with hand tools used in automotive settings.
• Ability to assemble components as needed during the tinting process.
• Previous experience in tint shop or detail shop required
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Experienced tint installers with a minimum year in a high end shop.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
