Windows System Administrator

Responsibilities:
Maintain and update Microsoft Exchange infrastructure (on-premise).
Oversee and administer the Active Directory environment, including GPO, DNS, and domain services.
Monitor the infrastructure using SCOM, ensuring system stability and performance.
Create and manage deployment packages with SCCM.
Administer and maintain Print Server and PKI systems.
Manage MySQL servers, ensuring database availability and performance.
Automate routine tasks using PowerShell scripting.
Oversee mobile device management with Mobile Iron, including updates and platform support.
Install, configure, and monitor antivirus systems using McAfee EPO.
Collaborate on projects to upgrade and improve architecture and infrastructure, focusing on Mail, Active Directory, Antivirus, Windows Server, and Mobile Iron solutions.
Create and maintain VMware templates, ensuring proper patching, VMtools, and hardware compatibility.
Provide Level 3 technical support, managing tickets while adhering to SLAs and KPIs.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams and operational procedures.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Active Directory, including GPO management and DNS.
Experience with Microsoft Exchange Server (2016/2019).
Hands-on knowledge of SCOM (System Center Operations Manager) and SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager).
Experience administering Print Server and PKI systems.
Familiarity with MySQL server management.
Expertise in PowerShell scripting for task automation.
Knowledge of VMware environments, including creating and maintaining templates.
Experience with Mobile Iron for mobile device management.
Proficiency in managing antivirus platforms, particularly McAfee EPO.
Soft Skills:
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
Proactive approach to system improvements and technical challenges.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
Ability to create and manage detailed documentation for processes and procedures.
Experience and Education:
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Windows System Administrator or similar role.
Familiarity with ITIL principles and SLA management is a plus.
Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft, VMware, or ITIL) are a bonus.
