We are looking for a hybrid System Administrator in our Copenhagen office that is experienced in Microsoft products and services, both on-premise and in the cloud.


You will join our IT Operations team and together with our Lead System Administrator you will support the organisation on day-to-day tasks such as user and device provisioning, and support and incident handling, while also managing multiple IT systems such as Entra ID, Intune, Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Active Directory, SQL Servers, VMware vSphere, Veeam Backup and Replication, and more.


In addition to internal IT Operation responsibilities, you will also lead our Azure customer hosting programme. You will be responsible for monitoring and managing customer solutions hosted in the cloud, ensuring that they are always running smoothly. Together with our sales team, you will advise new and existing customers on our suite of services, such as cost monitoring, backup and replication, proactive monitoring and optimisation, and more. We also run a 24/7 paid rotating on-call schedule to handle customer incidents should they arise.


We hope that you have at least 4+ years of experience and are self-sufficient and proactive. We love to work with energetic people that bring new ideas to the table and are always up for a challenge, whether it is improving existing processes, implementing new systems and technologies, or raising the bar of our support offering.


In summary, you need to have experience working with:

  • Microsoft Azure (containers, key vaults, front door, etc.)
  • Microsoft 365
  • Exchange Online
  • Entra ID
  • Intune
  • Windows Server
  • Active Directory
  • SQL Server


Nice to have experience:

  • VMware vSphere
  • Veeam Backup and Replication
  • Networking (Routing, Switching, VPN, VLANs)
  • NAS and SAN
