Work From Home Customer Agent (Remote)

As an Independent Specialist, you will connect with individuals seeking information about our programs, understand their unique situations, and guide them through the enrollment process for solutions that meet their needs. This fully remote, 1099 contractor role offers the flexibility to set your schedule and the potential for significant earnings based on your successful enrollments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with prospective clients via phone, email, and virtual meetings to discuss their needs and goals.
• Clearly explain program features, benefits, and eligibility requirements in an easy-to-understand manner.
• Conduct thorough needs assessments to recommend appropriate program options.
• Build rapport and maintain positive relationships with potential and current clients.
• Manage your schedule effectively to connect with leads and follow up diligently.
• Stay informed about our program offerings and process updates through provided resources.
• Operate independently, managing your workload and tracking your performance.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Strong interpersonal skills with an empathetic and consultative approach.
• Highly self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work effectively without direct supervision.
• Comfortable using technology, including CRM systems (training provided), video conferencing, and standard office software.
• Ability to grasp and explain program details accurately.
• Previous experience in customer service, client support, consulting, account management, or enrollment services is highly beneficial.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate's or bachelor's degree is a plus.
