About the Role:
At our Fulcrum Coopers Plains branch, you’ll support the Store Manager in running a high-performing workshop, guiding a team of techs and apprentices, and delivering standout customer service.

You’ll:
Lead the floor: Support, coach, and problem-solve in real time
Keep the workshop humming: Schedule jobs, coordinate teams, track productivity
Stay on the tools: Jump in when needed, troubleshoot and deliver top-quality work
Talk with customers: Explain, advise, and ensure they leave confident and satisfied
Work with R&D: Help us test, improve, and evolve new solutions and products

Skills and Experiences:
About You:
A qualified automotive technician (Cert III or equivalent)
Experienced in a senior workshop role, ready to lead
Confident communicator who builds trust with teammates and customers
Passionate about quality, performance, and 4WD/off-road culture
Organised, proactive, and motivated to grow your leadership skills
