Full Time

The Vice Principal is primarily responsible for supporting the Principal in managing school operations, discipline, and staff development. Key duties include:

Administrative Leadership: Assisting the Principal in creating school policies, managing schedules, and ensuring a positive school culture.
Student Discipline: Enforcing school rules, addressing behavioral issues, and working with teachers and parents to support student well-being.
Staff Supervision and Development: Supervising teachers and support staff, observing classroom instruction, and providing feedback to improve teaching effectiveness.
Academic Programs: Overseeing the curriculum implementation and supporting teachers in delivering high-quality education.
Parental and Community Engagement: Communicating with parents, coordinating school events, and building community relations.
Health and Safety: Ensuring a safe learning environment, implementing safety protocols, and managing emergency procedures.
Attendance and Records Management: Monitoring student attendance and maintaining records to support educational standards and compliance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
