Castle Leslie Estate is seeking a passionate and experienced Accommodation Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our accommodation team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a unique and historic setting, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort, and guest satisfaction.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Monitor Standard of work, ensuring the highest quality through checking guest bedrooms and sign off for guest check in.
- Lead and direct the team of Accommodation Assistants.
- Ensure compliance with all H&S and HACCP regulations both internally and externally.
- Monitor the cleanliness of all public areas in the Estate.
- You will also be required to liaise with the Maintenance department to ensure the hotel standards are consistently high.
About The Role
Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience in a similar supervisory role within hospitality.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities.
- A passion for delivering outstanding guest service.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required.
