The Mission
This is an offensive growth role. You’re not here to babysit accounts — you’re here to own them.
Your purpose is to:
- Grow Accounts: Increase Average Order Value (AOV) and Lifetime Value (LTV) with upsells, bundles, and expansions.
- Drive Revenue: Proactively uncover and close opportunities that add real dollars to Digital Domination’s bottom line.
- Retain & Protect: Neutralize churn before it happens. Keep clients locked in with consistent wins.
- Multiply Referrals: Turn happy clients into our best sales force by asking for introductions and testimonials at the right time.
- Defend Against Competitors: See threats before the client does — and shut them down fast with our proven playbook.
Done right, you’ll transform every client into a loyal advocate who spends more, stays longer, and brings in others.
What You’ll Do (Daily, Weekly, Monthly)
- Onboarding: Run onboarding calls that set expectations, build trust, and uncover early upsell opportunities.
- Reporting Flow: Review VA-delivered progress reports, highlight wins, and identify gaps that lead to upgrades.
- Client Strategy Calls: Lead monthly calls where you present wins, uncover gaps, pitch solutions, and close upsells live.
- CRM & Sales Sync: Log every opportunity and tag Closers for bigger expansion plays. No notes left behind.
- Retention & Referrals: Proactively prevent churn, resolve issues within 24 hours, and ask for referrals when wins are presented.
- Upsells & Upgrades: Offer Platinum Upgrades, Press Releases, Super Schema, and other revenue-driving services.

- Accounts that grow in AOV and LTV month after month.
- Churn rate that stays near zero because clients feel ROI every step.
- Referral pipeline that feeds warm, high-value leads consistently.
- Clear CRM documentation with every upsell opportunity tagged and tracked.
- Revenue targets hit or exceeded — because you saw the gaps and closed them.

- You live in Las Vegas, NV. This is not remote. You’ll work side-by-side with our leadership and sales team.

- You’re data-driven. You look at reports, spot patterns, and use them to make smart pitches.

- You’re a clear communicator. You can run a Zoom call, explain results simply, and confidently ask for the sale.

Compensation
- Base salary (competitive, depending on experience)
